From passion to masterpiece - what JAN CRAY and ROGGENWOLF have in common

As a freelance stylist and set designer, Alicia combines her passion for design and culinary art in a unique way. She has been running her online shop ROGGENWOLF.de for high-quality kitchen and baking accessories since 2021 and shares her vision for uncompromising quality and good bread with others: “I let you into my kitchen as the centrepiece of my living space. Be inspired by my path and develop your own bread enjoyment. ”

Inspired by their attention to detail and appreciation for quality craftsmanship, Alicia and her partner David have created an environment where aesthetics and functionality are perfectly intertwined. Their kitchen is the beating heart of their passion for bread and cuisine.

David and Alicia have completely renovated the kitchen in an 18th century farmhouse with great attention to detail. The old beams were uncovered by David and refurbished by hand. As a contrast to the old country house, they opted for the purist JAN CRAY steel kitchen in deep black, finished with a hot-rolled stainless steel surface, which gives the kitchen a special depth and vibrancy. Every utensil has its place here – Alicia attaches particular importance to ensuring that the kitchen utensils she uses every day are of the highest quality and will accompany her for years to come.

The kitchen is optimised for the requirements of bread baking: Generous work surfaces provide enough space for kneading and moulding, while the sturdy drawers keep the heavy baking accessories, grains and flours within easy reach. The materials are robust and aesthetically pleasing, so that they can withstand the daily demands of baking and fulfil Alicia’s wishes.

This kitchen is not just a space for cooking and lingering together, but also tells a story – of quality, precision craftsmanship and a love of bread.
