In the showroom you will discover what we work on with a lot of time and passion: the kitchens and furniture from JAN CRAY. And because we also like to take time for our customers, you will receive detailed and individual advice here. As we like to take some time for you, please make an appointment with us in advance. Of course, the best way to find out whether the kitchen is to your taste is by eating. That’s why there are always events related to cooking that match our kitchens. Our anchor in the Hanseatic city: Showroom Hamburg
Anyone approaching the exhibition space in Hamburg suddenly finds themselves standing in front of huge overseas containers. Our Hamburg showroom has travelled the oceans in its first life: the showroom consists of former shipping containers that were converted according to our founder’s idea. The result is a modular complex with modern architectural elements such as large glass fronts and sustainable materials.

Before a piece of furniture becomes part of your story, get to know its history. It begins south of Hamburg in our glass workshop in Radbruch. On a tour, you follow the path from the design to the workbench to the workpiece. Let´s browse through a few chapters – you’ll get the full story on the spot.
Showroom
In the exhibition you can experience all the furniture with all your senses. Seeing, touching and smelling – already tasting in your mind: the kitchen alone immediately makes you want to cook and eat. We look forward to seeing you. Production
This is where industrial processing meets manufacturing quality: every piece has passed through our hands. After all, it’s not called craft for nothing. A great opportunity to get to know our craftsmen: meet the team of carpenters, wood mechanics and boat builders as you walk through the workshop and look over their shoulders.
Architecture
Ideas need space to unfold – in this case a truss hall in timber frame construction. By dispensing with large and heavy beams, the result is a delicate system: with a low dead weight, it has a high static load capacity. In addition to the sustainable architecture, the construction scores with an almost self-sufficient energy concept: photovoltaics, energy-saving floor panels and heat generated by thermal utilisation of wood waste from our own production.
